Secondary School Workshop

Designed especially for large numbers at a discounted rate for schools or colleges.

* duration 2 - 2.5 hours
* minimum 12 , maximum 24 places
* Typically £15 per person depending on numbers

Includes the following...
* brief explanation of the chocolate making process
* demonstration of tempering on marble and making chocolate shavings for truffles
* rolling truffles in a variety of finishes
* packaging chocolates
* the marshmallow tower challenge

Primary School Visit

Many primary schools now feature Chocolate on the primary curriculum.

For a limited number of local primary schools we can offer the following visit.

* duration 1 hours
* maximum in one session approx 24 places
* £5 per head
* The story of chocolate told as an Aztec legend
* A taste of different chocolates and an explanation of cooca beans
* View our production area
* Take home a chocolate lolly
* Can cover areas of the primary curriculum

This visit is priced at cost and is available for local schools. We need to coordinate the visit to avoid our busy periods. It is possible to combine the visit with a walking tour of Corsham alms houses available through Corsham Tourist information centre.
