Lick the Spoon launches 2012 Valentine's Chocolate Collection!10th January 2012 – Immediate ReleaseLick the Spoon Launches 2012 Valentine’s Chocolate Collection Award Winning Chocolatier Lick the Spoon launch their 2012 Valentine’s Chocolate collection this week. The 2012 Valentine's chocolate collection features a shimmering red and gold milk chocolate heart with a surface that looks almost like polished marble.  Luxury retailer Harvey Nichols will be selling the Valentine's Chocolate heart in all of their stores. Accompanying the heart is a half chocolate heart filled with three of Lick the Spoon's award winning Champagne truffles decorated with cocoa butter designs. The heart and truffles are elegantly packaged in a heart shaped tin.  Lick the Spoon's Valentine's 2012 collection also features a two chocolate balotin with salted caramels, a valentine's version of their popular Rose Crisps and a selection of fun Valentine's lollies including "Be my Sweetie" and "Hots for You". Their now famous Chocoroons also make the perfect Valentine's chocolate collection. 
 Company founder Diana Short said “We are delighted with our new Valentine's chocolate collection and believe we’ve created something really special. Harvey Nichols were very impressed with the heart and will be launching it nationally. We are aware that many independent stockists may still be buying for Valentine's day and we will also love to hear from them ” The Valentine's 2012 collection will also available from Lick the Spoon’s Cirencester shop, online from their website and through independent stockists. Lick the Spoon have gained a reputation as one of the finest artisan chocolatiers in the UK and won the prestigious Best of Chocolate award for the last two years at the Taste of the West Awards. They were also named as a finalist for the Carole Trwin South-West food producer of the year award. All of their chocolates are handmade at their premises in Corsham, Wiltshire. Their flagship store is in Black Jack Street, Cirencester and was named Cirencester small business of the year 2011.
