The only Chocolate Wedding Cakes recommended by Raymond Blanc for his new showcase banqueting halls in Bristol.

Our chocolate cakes are the real deal!...we use no modelling paste or "Plastic Chocolate" to create our roses and decorations ( even the fabric-effect swags below!). They are all made using a special technique from pure, solid Belgian chocolate, so they retain that lovely chocolate "snap" and melt in the mouth quality.
