This wedding cake featured individual chocolate cakes filled with a grand marnier ganache, each wrapped in a chocolate crust which was decorated with a subtle design of red and pink love hearts...Ahhhhh!			Recent Wedding commissions have included the chocolate wedding cake shown in the picture as featured in "You and Your Wedding" magazine. Everything is made of white chocolate...the "icing", the roses and the piping detail, even the basket on the top holding silver dragees and chocolate curls. The bottom tier was surrounded with hand made chocolate hearts, filled with a grand marnier ganache...especially for the bride who was on a gluten free diet and so couldn't eat the cake!			This stunning three tier creation is made from a rich chocolate sponge layered with ganache, the whole thing liberally coated with a glossy unctuous chocolate glaze. The smooth simplicity of the glaze is set off with vibrant chocolate flowers and scrolls, with the final touch of silk butterflies and crystals.

This stunningly simple cake is covered in white chocolate paste, with a filigree design hand piped in chocolate giving a very stylish but understated look. Topped with a 1kg solid chocolate sculpture for extra wow!	A now classic style of chocolate cake, adorned with chocolate cigarillos and bursting with succulent fresh fruits. A real summer favourite.				A fabulous black and white effect was created with this rich chocolate cake. Smothered in a thick layer of pure dark chocolate and punctuated with the contrast of fresh white flowers. The design on the stand underneath was hand painted in chocolate to echo the theme.

This cake measured over 40cm tall! Multiple layers of moist chocolate sponge covered in lashings of white ganache and topped with a full kilo of white chocolate ruffles and two solid chocolate hearts.		Another simple cake made extraordinary by it's decoration! The top tier of this milk chocolate fudge cake seems to be supported by nothing more than the Lilies underneath!		Croquembouche tower made with choux buns filled to bursting with whipped organic cream from the local farm shop. Bound together with a golden cascade of spun sugar and finished with solid chocolate roses and curls.
		What more luscious way to celebrate summer than a pile of chocolate dipped strawberries and truffles on a rich chocolate cake!
This tower of individual cakes is in fact strawberry cheesecakes! The top tier is a vanilla baked cheesecake, wrapped in the same white chocolate crust embellished with a subtle pink and green cocoa butter design.		This was one of six solid chocolate biplanes we made for a wedding....three days of intricate chocolate work smashed in an instant to serve with coffee! What a treat! This chocolate birthday cake is made from rich dark chocolate with a cointreau ganache.			This chocolate Christening cake was made for 3 sisters-a tier each! It featured a rich chocolate fudge cake, decorated with polka-dot detail on white chocolate plaquettes, and marbled shards of white and dark chocolate.			This huge cake was made to serve 300 people, to celebrate the end of the financial year at Osborne Clarke solicitors in Temple Quay, Bristol. The company logo is hand painted in chocolate from the original graphic, making an accurate, yet edible decoration!
