Warming and very indulgent, lingering character. The stirring spoon is part of the relaxing ritual.
Of our Peanut Caramel Chocolate Salami the judges said
smooth rich chocolate flavour, good crunchy peanuts, little caramel bites and some vanilla warmth. The shape and the presentation are innovative.
Our Strawberry and Balsamic caramel features in our mixed chocolate collections and fresh chocolate counters. The judges said
Lovely looking chocolates with a lovely crisp outer shell. A stunning sheen with a pink hue, a thin crisp shell, well tempered, delicious smooth ganache, a fresh strawberry zing, long complex chocolate to finish.
We’re delighted to have won three Gold awards! We chose to enter chocolates into the 2016 awards that we haven’t entered into awards before. It’s nice to always challenge ourselves!
