Our chocolate cakes are the real deal!...we use no modelling paste or "Plastic Chocolate" to create our roses and decorations ( even the fabric-effect swags!). They are all made using a special technique from pure, solid Belgian chocolate, so they retain that lovely chocolate "snap" and melt in the mouth quality.

This cake is actually a different form of the stacked cake.

Cake as seen £850 ~ 12,11,10,8,6,3" tiers. Serving 180 dessert/ 350 coffee portions. Cake features 100+ handmade chocolate roses.
