Alas we have to charge you for shipping and
delivery, but at least you can avoid putting
your back out with heavy bags and avoid the traffic
wardens!
Cakes
All of our chocolate cakes are bespoke, made to order, and too
delicate for the postal service! Please contact us for further
information.
Chocolates & Online
Store
We aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 days, although all our
chocolates are made fresh and packed to order. So if you
need something quickly please give us a ring to check
availability. We can often work miracles!
We provide a shipping estimator to allow you
calculate the cost of shipping before the checkout
phase. When you add a product to your shopping cart
you can use our shipping estimator to calculate the
shipping cost to your location. When you have added
your product to the cart select your destination
country and click "update totals" to
calculate the shipping cost.
UK Delivery
We ship by First Class Mail - this is the most cost
effective option and typically takes 1-2 days
from our dispatch date. So your
chocolates should typically arrive within 4
days. Unfortunately First Class mail is not a
guaranteed delivery service and things do
sometimes take longer.
If you have a particular date (e.g. birthday) you
would like us to aim to deliver for, you can use the
additional information box at the checkout phase to
tell us the date. We will do our best subject to the
performance of the Postal service and availability
of stock.
If we are
unable to dispatch your order in a timely manner, we
will, of course, contact you to discuss
alternatives. If suitable alternatives cannot be
made we will arrange a full refund.
Please note that we do not usually dispatch orders
during the weekend.
If you have an especially urgent order, that
birthday gift or Wedding Anniversary you've
forgotten, please contact us to discuss stock
availability and delivery options, we want to help.
European Delivery
We deliver to Europe by Airsure®, it has priority handling, and
is tracked.
Your order

from our dispatch date. All our
chocolates are made fresh and packed to order. So if you
need something quickly please contact us to check

Single Airsure shipments are limited to a maximum
of 2kg. If your order exceeds 2kg we may
contact you to discuss delivery options. As a
guideline our Signature collection is approximately
500g and our Dinner Party Collection approximately
1kg.
Airsure covers the following European
destinations:
Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands,
Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe
Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland,
Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco,
Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak
Republic, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
The following EU destinations will require
customs clearance. We will fill out the necessary
customs declaration, but you may have to pay duty if
applicable.
Worldwide Delivery outside the EU
We deliver Worldwide by Airsure®, it has

Your order may be subject to local customs
clearance procedures. We endeavour to assist this
process by providing the correct harmonised system
code for items frequently sent by post.
U.S. Delivery
U.S. orders are subject to the U.S. Bioterrorism
Act 2002 Prior Notification system. As a responsible
food producer we are registered with the US Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) as a foreign food facility
Under the Prior Notification system we will
inform the U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border
Protection of your import via our FDA account. The
FDA issue us with a PN confirmation number which we
include on our customs declaration. This is a free
service provided by the FDA for the protection
of the U.S. and we of course offer this service to
you free of charge.
Though this may sound a complex process it is in
fact a simple electronic notification that we
perform when we receive your order to ensure
that your chocolates do not get held up in U.S.
customs.

Hot Weather conditions
Unfortunately a side effect of that delicious
melt in the mouth experience means that in hot
weather conditions chocolates do melt. We have
shipped our chocolates to Philadelphia in the U.S.
summer and they have been fine. Similarly we have
shipped them to Phoenix Arizona in the U.S. summer
and they have arrived in an edible but rather melted
condition. So we request that you consider the local
climate and length of time that your goods may be in
transit. We do not take responsibility
for melted chocolates, it is the natural behavior of
the product.
Damaged Goods
If your goods fail to reach you in perfect
condition please contact us immediately.
We'd rather you just give us a ring or dropped us
a mail with any problems, no matter how trivial, and
we'll do our best to sort things out so you're
completely happy. Because we think that's just how
things should be.
It really helps us if you can retain the
packaging if damage is caused during shipping.
