We’re delighted to announce that the new 2019 recipe book ‘A Taste of the West Country’ is now hot off the printing press and Lick the Spoon are heading up the Chocolate Chapter!
This beautifully photographed hardback book features a collection of original recipes created by Taste of the West award winning-chefs and producers. It’s the perfect gift for foodies, or anyone passionate about the West Country and its produce.
Lick the Spoon head the chocolate chapter. with three chocolate recipes from Diana including a Mexican Mole Chicken with bitter chocolate and orange, Hazelnut chocolate fondants and Lemon thyme truffles with gin. I can vouch they are all delicous!
Lick the Spoon were asked to head up the chocolate chapter after winning Taste of the West Champion Chocolate 2018 for our Orangey Chocolate Sticks. The book has taken around six months in its creation with 159 pages of sumptuous full colour recipes from award winning producers and chefs across the South-West including Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Gloucestershire and of course our very own Wiltshire!
