One of the best products we’ve eaten today! Simple, effective, beautiful, an extremely moreish adult bar of chocolate. So much so that one judge ate the whole bar!
We were unsure whether to develop a new range of chocolate bars in what is a highly competitive market explained Lick the Spoon’s Director Matthew Short. But the Gloucester Services team were highly supportive and encouraged us to develop and launch the new bar range with them. It has sold so well over the summer that we believe it is now their best selling chocolate bar range!
Lick the Spoon’s Clotted Cream Salted caramels were also finalist for the awards Director Diana short explained…
We make our salted caramels using organic clotted cream delivered twice a week straight from the farm. The caramels are made in small batches in a two day process in my copper jam pan. The recipe is a closely guarded secret that took me many months to perfect!
