Our 2017 Christmas Chocolates range is now available to buy. We have a beautiful new limited edition hand decorated Victorian inspired bauble filled with our Champion Chocolate Champagne Truffles.
Each bauble is hand decorated by Diana and completely unique. Following Diana’s journey as a time travelling confectioner on television we also have a new Historical Chocolates collection featuring recipes inspired by the past including Quince & Parmesan and spiced Tudor truffles.
Our Christmas Chocolates collection has also been updated for 2017 to include a Tudor Orange pate de fruits alongside Brandy Butter Truffles (Taste of the West silver award 2017) Christmas Puddings, Almond Marzipan and soft salted caramels.
The Christmas chocolates collection is presented in a foil blocked red linen feel box making it a beautiful gift.
We have a new range of six chocolate bars launched this month together with the Crayfish bay single estate Tree to Bar make perfect gifts for the chocolate connoisseur.
Our Great Taste award winning chocolate Salami comes in two varieties, the Classic Fruit and Nut chocolate Salami laced with Rum and Brandy and enrobed in Madagascan dark chocolate, and the slightly sweeter Peanut Caramel version in milk chocolate.
Our famous Lickable Hot Chocolate spoons are perfect for stocking fillers and secret santa gifts and don’t forget Christmas chocolate favourites such as Stem Ginger in Dark Chocolate, Candied Orange in dark chocolate and our award winning honeycomb.
Our Champagne Truffles were named Champion Chocolate at the Taste of the West Awards 2017 and our Bish chocolates collection has become our most successful chocolate as Supreme Champion 2016.
