Alas we have to charge you for shipping and delivery, but at least you can avoid putting your back out with heavy bags and avoid the traffic wardens!

Retail Customer Delivery

If you’re a member of the general public ordering for yourself or for delivery to friends this is for you…

    • FREE Shipping for orders over £35 (UK Mainland only, reduced rate of £3 for highlands and islands)
    • Flat rate retail shipping of £4.95 for orders below £35 (£9 for highlands and islands)
    • Your order is trackable
    • Standard shipping is Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays
    • We offer a UK Mainland Saturday delivery option at £12 reducing to £5 for orders over £35 (tell us which Saturday in the order notes – please allow enough time for us to pack the order and catch the Friday courier!)
    • Most Chocolates are dispatched the same or next day – we’re pretty quick these days!
    • If you need your order for a particular date or occasion please tell us in the order notes.
    • Anything can be ordered for local pickup from Corsham
    • We now ship to the Republic of Ireland 
    • We don’t currently ship internationally, but if you think we should, let us know!

Orders shipped to the mainland UK through DPD Local (formerly named Interlink Express) are fully tracked with many delivery options available through the DPD Local website  including…

    • Follow the Driver as he makes his deliveries
    • Select an alternative delivery date
    • Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
    • Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
    • Collect the parcel from your DPD Local depot
    • Change delivery to a local shop for collection via the DPD Local website.
    • Upgrade delivery to before 12 (extra cost)

If you have a shop and have been allocated a special wholesale login account this is for you… for everybody else please read the retail delivery section.

  • FREE Shipping for orders over £300 ex VAT (UK Mainland only, reduced rate for highlands and islands). UK Mainland orders between £100 – £300 ex VAT charged at £8-95+VAT. Small orders under £100 ex VAT charged at £20. Highlands and offshore charged at a higher rate based on delivery postcode. You can enter your postcode on the shopping cart page for accurate shipping pricing.
  • Your order is trackable
  • Wholesale orders are dispatched as soon as possible but typically take 1 week. At peak times e.g. Christmas things slow down so please order early.
  • Fresh chocolates in particular are usually made to order for maximum shelf life so please bear this in mind when timing your order.
  • We only deliver Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays
  • Anything can be ordered for local pickup from Corsham
  • We now ship by courier to the Republic of Ireland.
  • Most orders are sent by DPD Local (Formerly named Interlink Express). Large orders or very fragile orders may be sent by pallet.

Hot Weather Deliveries

Hot Weather conditions

Unfortunately a side effect of that delicious melt in the mouth experience means that in hot weather conditions chocolates do melt. We have shipped our chocolates to Philadelphia in the U.S. summer and they have been fine. Similarly we have shipped them to Phoenix Arizona in the U.S. summer and they have arrived in an edible but rather melted condition. So we request that you consider the local climate and length of time that your goods may be in transit. We do not take responsibility for melted chocolates, it is the natural behaviour of the product. We do our best to dispatch right at the end of the day and ensure your chocolates are cool before shipping.

Damaged Goods

If your goods fail to reach you in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

We’d rather you just give us a ring or dropped us a mail with any problems, no matter how trivial, and we’ll do our best to sort things out so you’re completely happy. Because we think that’s just how things should be.

It really helps us if you can retain the packaging if damage is caused during shipping.
