Wiltshire Chocolatier Lick the Spoon has won four Gold Awards at the Taste of the West awards 2018 announced last week. The awards are in their 27th year of running and are one of the most highly respected and recognised in the food and drink industry, featuring successful and high quality businesses across food and drink production, hospitality and food retail
Lick the Spoon won Gold awards for its Cacao Beans in Dark Chocolate, Liqueur Cherries in Dark Chocolate, Orangey Chocolate sticks and Sea Salt Pralines.

It’s a fantastic achievement to win four Gold Awards. Three of them are for new product in our Botanical Range which we are launching this summer which couldn’t have been better timing!
Lick the Spoon’s new Cacao Beans in Dark Chocolate have been further announced as Finalist for Champion Chocolate 2018. The Champions judging will take place in early August.

The Cacao Beans are at the centre of our new Botanical Chocolates range which has completely Compostable and Biodegradeable packaging. They are also Vegan friendly and are coated in a Raisetrade Dark chocolate made using Raw Cane Juice. They are very moreish – we can’t stop eating them!
Lick the Spoon have previously been named seven times Best of Chocolate overall Category winner at the Taste of the West awards – and last year were named Champion Chocolate for their Champagne Truffles.
Lick the Spoon hand make all of their chocolates in the historic town of Corsham, Wiltshire just outside of Bath. Their Chocolate factory was opened enine years ago. They are stocked by luxury stores including John Lewis Oxford Street as well as independent Farm shops and retail outlets.
