RECYCLING

Chocolate Salami

The clear bags are made from plants (not plastic) and are home compostable. Ideally please put them in your compost heap, garden waste collection.

Do not put them in with plastic recycling, they are not plastic and can contaminate the plastic recycling.

Hot Chocolate Spoons

The boxes are cardboard and have a biodegradeable window made from a cellulose based acetate. They can be composted or recycled with cardboard.

The Spoons are made from biodegradeable Birch. They are FSC and Soil Association woodmark certified as responsibly sourced.

Postal packaging

The brown cardboard outers are made from FSC certified sources, are 100% recyclable and are sealed with 100% recyclable brown kraft tape.

Pale grey inflatable cushions are made from recycled potato peelings and are marked in green as home compostable – put in them in your food waste, garden waste or compost heap. (Don’t put them in plastic recycling).

Delivery
We use DPD Local for most of our deliveries. They are Carbon Neutral through efficient delivery vehicles and carbon offsetting.

This was a present for a chocoholic friend, he loved it and I had to beg for a piece to try.
The Rum and Brandy Chocolate Salami is rich, nutty, smooth but with lots of texture, if you try one you’ll taste what I mean and fantastic flavours which combine to make something very special indeed.
It comes ready wrapped with a gift tag so a very easy present, however next year I may find it hard to give them away.
