Deliciously smooth hazelnut praline with a hint of sea salt, in 45% cocoa milk chocolate. Sea salt pralines have been a best seller of ours for over a decade. The recipe came to life at our kitchen table and has since been used as a filling for truffles, fingers and now, a delicious chocolate bar.
For this bar we use our 45% cocoa house milk chocolate made from fine beans grown in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam.
The Mekong delta region, also known as ‘Little Venice’, is the major cocoa-producing region in Vietnam. The Trinitario cocoa is a variety that has fine aromas perfect for making our rich, high cocoa milk chocolate.
