Our Sea Salt Praline Chocolate bar combines deliciously smooth hazelnut praline centre with a hint of sea salt, in 45% cocoa milk chocolate. Sea salt pralines have been a best seller of ours for over a decade. The recipe came to life at our kitchen table and has since been used as a filling for truffles, fingers and now, a delicious chocolate bar.
For this bar we use our 45% cocoa house milk chocolate made from fine beans grown in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam.
