Deliciously smooth hazelnut praline with a hint of sea salt, in 45% cocoa milk chocolate. Sea salt pralines have been a best seller of ours for over a decade. The recipe came to life at our kitchen table and has since been used as a filling for truffles, fingers and now, a delicious chocolate bar.
For this bar we use our 45% cocoa house milk chocolate made from fine beans grown in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam.

Taste of the West Gold Award 2020

The Mekong delta region, also known as ‘Little Venice’, is the major cocoa-producing region in Vietnam. The Trinitario cocoa is a variety that has fine aromas perfect for making our rich, high cocoa milk chocolate.

*Our Vietnamese Milk chocolate is not made with SOYA lecithin. However the packaging has yet to catch up – so SOYA lecithin is listed on the packaging.

Made in a kitchen that handles Nuts, Wheat, Peanuts, Sesame and Soya.

RECYCLING

100% Biodegradeable and home compostable – plastic free packaging..

The box is made in the UK from card. Please recycle it in cardboard recycling.

The inner bag is a home compostable clear film made from wood pulp it will break down to organic matter in around three weeks.

Home compostable items can be put in your own compost heap, food recycling, or garden recycling. Please don’t put in plastic recycling and preferable not in black bags for land fill as this is an anaerobic process.

Postal packaging

The brown paper postal bags we use can be recycled in paper recycling.

The brown cardboard outers are made from FSC certified sources, are 100% recyclable and are sealed with 100% recyclable brown kraft tape. Please recycle in cardboard recycling.

The large white pillow cushions are made from recycled potato peelings and are home compostable.

Delivery
We use DPD Local for most of our deliveries. They are Carbon Neutral through efficient delivery vehicles and carbon offsetting.

This chocolate bar is really good quality , just like the seasalt praline box . Beautifully balanced and lovely hazelnut flavour which is enhanced by the sea salt. A bit pricey as it’s only 50g but I always think it’s worth paying a bit extra to get really good quality chocolate
