This new award for Taste of the West 2019 reviews our business activities over the last three years and our approach to protecting the environment and using resources ethically. The award is assessed across five marks of environmental sustainability – packaging, raw materials, waste and recycling, energy use, and water use
It’s a fantastic accolade to be named finalist for the new South West Sustainability award and reflects our ongoing work to put the UN Sustainable Development goals at the heart of our business – explained Lick the Spoon’s Director Matthew Short
